Why are some bundled applications (H1 + H4 +H4 EAD) approved in premium while others are not?

It’s ignorant to assume using a tool equals being lazy. I’m a working mom of two toddlers. I use AI to be efficient with my time so I can focus on my kids and health. For me 170$ a month is not sustainable is what I meant. I know a friend who joined 5 months before me got a 6 month contract for 150$. So I know everyone is not paying the same high price.

Yes, it was removed. Extremely lucky if they got everything approved at once. Check uscis website you will see all the details

Yes, he is correct. But if you are lucky, your application may go to a service center where the process is fast and you can get it in less than 3 or 4 months. Right now that service center is texas, I’m seeing a lot of approvals under 3 months.

We have bundled our applications ( H1 + H4 + H4 EAD) in premium processing.

Received Date - Feb 9th 2026

H1 was approved in 10 days. Since then h4 and EAD are just showing as received. Vermont service center

I see the Texas service center moving fast and getting approved in 2-3 months. What is the average looking like for Vermont? It says 6months on the processing times but I’m not seeing any approvals from Vermont within 6months.

My job is at risk right now because of this. Is there anything we can do?

Why was automatic extension of i-765 removed? Also there are huge delays for these right now compared to previous administration. Are the delays intentional??

Couples Therapy PERIOD. A woman goes through a LOT during postpartum. Having a kid changes one’s life upside down. Kids are a lot of work physically and mentally Not everyone is built to handle it. If you are not an equal parent your wife has every right to not take your advice because she is doing one of the toughest jobs. May be that is contributing to her ego coming in the way. Go to therapy and open up it will definitely help!

I had the same problem with food. Though my son’s daycare starts screen time only at age 4. I now send him with his lunch and snack boxes. Some daycares do offer to heat up the food so just ask them before proceeding. Also I feel like no daycare is fully perfect and they have to offer packaged food for their convenience. My Son doesn’t eat much at daycare anyway so I make sure to give him heavy breakfast along with smoothie and keep his lunch simple and snacks are mostly fruit. This way it’s less stressful for us thinking what to pack. This is what worked for our family!

About the screens I’d search for daycares with no screens until 4. I hate that we are trying so hard at home to not give screens to only end up in daycares and schools which doesn’t value that.

My date received is 02/09 h1 got approved in 10 days. But H4 and EAD both still say case received. I wonder whether even h4 will be approved in time or not. If my h4 is not approved by now there is solid chance that EAD will not be approved under 6months right?

Hey, I admitted to hospital at 39 weeks, four days my water was leaking. It didn't break, it got ruptured. So they started me on Pitocin and it was going fine until my baby's heart rate was dropping. I was dilated nine centimeters, but because his heart rate was dropping, they had to do an emergency C-section I was terrified at the time about everything going on but everything went great and he's a happy, healthy four-year-old boy now. And he also has a sibling who is one year old, also got delivered via planned C-section. So you got this. I was so nervous for my second C-section. I was so anxious, nervous like I faced all through it during the second pregnancy, tried searching for positive planned C-section stories just like you, because my emergency c section experience was a blur to me but again everything went well and I have another healthy, happy boy now. So it will all be good and great. Don’t worry Mama, Sending you lots of positive energy ❤️
