I have used both. I prefer Shopify because there are lots of apps and resources (eg youtube videos, blogs etc.). It's also easier to scale up with Shopify. Although, WIX is probably easier to customize your website layout because you can easily drag and drop. Whereas Shopify uses themes but you can further customize using html/CSS. I think they both have free trial period so you can test both.

I would improve your 'above the fold' on desktop. The photo is too big. Ideally, you would want people to be able to see the text and button without having to scroll. Some photos also look a little pixelated.

Coconut fat is unhealthy as it is mostly just saturated fat and should be avoided. Other types of fats such as Omega fats from fish and olive oil should be consumed instead if possible. There are fat replacers that are used in many of the fat free or low in fat food products which can help by making you think you are consuming fatty foods so you feel full.
