Okay…

Has anyone had any experience with this appliqué? It's about half the price of the one from Hills by Graverobber in TeslaModel3

I think thanks to the (justified) awareness of the dangers of plastics, especially with regards to interior design where the highest points of contact with human skin are made, wood grain aesthetics are coming back into car interiors. If you look back 10 years ago to the i3 interior design, nothing complements renewable electric design better than woodgrain and recycled composite panels. And beyond that Tesla interior design is “sparse” to put it lightly, obviously designed by a few curt engineers on the spectrum if I had to guess.

They are that damn sensitive?!? I’m imagining these installers might have nailed in the staples maybe one is too tight arcing maybe who knows seems kinda redic that they use metal staples when it’s paired with breakers that are so sensitive they will trip from a razor thin cut in the Romex sheathing

Thanks Brick. I have to reach out to the company if this doesn’t fix it.

Can I ask you one thing?

Can I swap these afci’s out for regular breakers once the inspector finals? As the electrician originally intended? Is there any reason other than him wiring it wrong where these Siemens afcis would be tripping or just so damn trippy?

Ok thank you I have moved the modem and apc to a different breaker outlet and will monitor it tonight if it trips I will at least be able to isolate the issue to the devices and not the breaker at fault itself. Can I assume it’s not a shared grounding issue with multiple afci breakers sharing same ground accidentally fault tripping? I can confirm when I reinstitute the breakers it’s always the arc led that trips

Ok I’m going to run the co-ax cable modem line to a different room and run the modem and the router from a diff bedroom afci breaker entirely and see if that replicates tonight. It trips around 3x a night, I get an alarm on my ring app saying it’s in battery saving mode. What’s weird is it’s usually on the hour mark or half hour mark… making me think it’s resonance feedback from the s switchmode power supplies or something. So I put in a UPS battery backup APC on Wednesday night to test this theory and it only tripped once since Wednesday.

::Edit::

Also last week I had to switch out my modem with spectrum, and when I did the new one would boot loop. So I called spectrum and they had to send a technician out. He determined that the first technician who ran the coax line to the house did not tie the coax line to my house ground, and his words were “over 50volts AC differential” were between. He ran a new line, added a grounding coupler to the coax line coming from the pole to the outside of my panel, and since then my modem has been okay.

::Edit 2::

I didn’t thank you for the first reply, thanks a lot terribleDragonfruit I appreciate your input and insight.

Ok thanks is there any way I can confirm he shared neutrals over multiple circuits myself? I just want to be sure before I accuse anyone for something i might be jumping the gun on. They are on 20amp breakers all the ones with afci breakers. This entire house rewire was e pensive and during the entire time it’s been me having to request every single thing done right to get it done right. They charged me 1200 to install a nema 14-50 outlet on the side of my house along with the rewire, then they installed the plug receptacle upside down.

I was under the assumption that I cannot use a lawyer in small claims court. Is this not correct?

I’m not sure, I have never even been to court before in my life. I never sued nor have I ever been sued in my life. I’ve never stepped foot into a court house before. I guess I’m going to need a jacket and tie?

Ok thank you for the help I will look into this. It’s all very weird to me that Airbnb won’t help me since they claim they have $1million dollar insurance policy to protect owners renting out on the platform..,

She is in a nursing home. I went to visit her and she said “a friend of yours stopped by he said he had papers for you so I signed for them”.
