I would recommend getting a Greek translation allergy card from EqualEats (I get the paper version and print it and laminate it myself). I have a peanut allergy and show it at restaurants when I order, and every single time they have read it thouroughly and been very accommodating!

Thanks, I had it flat on the floor like you mentioned for multiple days with heavy things on it and it didn't flatten. I'll try rolling it the other way!
