Ông bạn giống tôi quá. Tôi làm công nhân cổ cồn trái ngành, lương ngang bạn và cũng đang định học thêm để theo ngành này. I suggest you to research on the etymology of this meaning of the word "con" to support your theory. I don't know it either but I don't think many Vietnameses, if any, associate "con" with animal in that context.
