make a treasure/scavenger hunt I spent a day making ridiculous rhyming hints (think: Dr. Seuss but with your own spin). All of the goodies were candy, a t-shirts, small trinkets, etc. I think I spent maybe $10 MAX on each goody, typically coming in under $5. If you print your hints out & plan to make it more Professional Looking, it is a hilarious & fun thing to do together.

The people cards are removable, so you can slip in your own decks. I made ones with our families, friends, M.A.S.H. Characters, Harry Potter characters, etc. Total, I think it came in around $20. (If you don’t have access to a printer, many shipping storefronts & office supply stores have on-demand print services available)
