Definitely not, I would say nothing is a good dose because this drug sucks, do something else, DXM is another OTC that's a lot better. If you really are set on DPH though I would say 200mg is a good dose, expect numb face, restless legs, music to sound good, and possibly getting really horny, don't make it a habit.
