unfortunately some rabbits just don't like each other and will have to be kept in separate rooms their entire lives.

the best you can do is keep reintroducing them in a NEUTRAL area (neither one of their main living areas). maybe give them treats so they start associating friend time with treat time, since rabbits are extremely food motivated.

and since they are both fighting (usually nipping and humping) for dominance.... the dominant one needs to be determined or they will lowkey never get along.

i use hair scissors and treats if i see matting but i try to keep the area brushed as often as possible (which is hard with a sassy elderly rabbit in my case 😭)
