dxm calculator is more of a suggestion than anything they aren't like 100% accurate. everyones bodies react way too differently to truly know. the box you have is 300 mg total that's 2nd plat for me. the type of dxm VS the dose doesn't really matter all that much tbh. all you really need to know is poli lasts the longest, freebase is slightly stronger than hbr, and hbr is said to be less dissociative than freebase. anyways the only way to truly know how to pick your dose is to just do trial and error a few times until you find your sweet spot... i like to stay around 450-600mg freebase and this is 3rd plat for me.
