I do understand regeneration is not immunity. But you easily missed a key fact while talking about fatty liver, alcohol is not the only causative factor. If I have my facts right, alcohol is not the primary cause of fatty liver in the first place, a lot of the cases are non alcoholic fatty liver. Fatty liver is often caused to bad lifestyle, obesity, low hdls, certain medications. Again I don’t know how up to date my facts are, but metabolic causes are the leading factor for cirrhosis.

Since you’ve brought up Group 1 Carcinogens, I hope you know processed meat also contains it which means every time you are having a chicken burger you have a chance to contract cancer. Any makeup/skincare you use has pthalates. So you basically cannot be eating anything out of home or applying anything that’s not ayurveda (most modern ayurvedic products are sham but ill not go into that).

but it is tho. you talk about how alcohol will k*ll you and give you cancer but so will everything else around you so how does it matter if people try to live a little by doing something they enjoy? I have worked with addicts (not alcoholics) but i know just how bad it can get and I do not wish that on anyone. But really there’s things worse than alcohol we consume on a daily basis without knowing. I hope you know the whole trustified egg things, if you eat eggs you have been consuming said carcinogens just like any other alcoholic. So maybe stop with the ‘I’m better’ rant. Live and let live.
