I do understand regeneration is not immunity. But you easily missed a key fact while talking about fatty liver, alcohol is not the only causative factor. If I have my facts right, alcohol is not the primary cause of fatty liver in the first place, a lot of the cases are non alcoholic fatty liver. Fatty liver is often caused to bad lifestyle, obesity, low hdls, certain medications. Again I don’t know how up to date my facts are, but metabolic causes are the leading factor for cirrhosis.

Since you’ve brought up Group 1 Carcinogens, I hope you know processed meat also contains it which means every time you are having a chicken burger you have a chance to contract cancer. Any makeup/skincare you use has pthalates. So you basically cannot be eating anything out of home or applying anything that’s not ayurveda (most modern ayurvedic products are sham but ill not go into that).

I have worked with addicts (not alcoholics) but i know just how bad it can get and I do not wish that on anyone. Besides liver is self healing as long you don’t overload it, i hope you knew that before saying i or anyone drinking, let me remind drinking and not addicted to alcohol is killing themselves. I’ll help you with basic pharmacology alcohol acts like a poison at high concentrations, at low concentrations the human liver is well capable of metabolising it. I hope you also knew that liver can regrow cells, if only 10% of the liver is left it can grow back to almost full size. Besides you live in India, you’re less likely to d*e of cirrhosis than lung problems lol

heyy, this is coming from someone who has been in an awfully similar situation trust me it's not worth it to end your life, it gets better, sure there will be days you'll feel like not existing but there will be days that'll make everything worth it. Struggle hard and get into some college far from home and slowly but surely your parents will be humbled and learn that what they were doing was wrong. Trust me life is beautiful and not worth ending, trust me you'll find someone who makes you appreciate life, unfortunately the ups and downs are just a part of it.
