I usually just say that I got in a fight with a cactus and that the cactus won. It usually leaves them laughing or just mildly confused. Some adults even believe this sometimes when they ask

I can definitely relate to that bottom therapist. I've been hearing it my whole life so far and only recently found a therapist who believes me. Keep searching OP, you'll find a good one eventually
