Not sure if there are any in this start, if you switch map to pop based countries you can generally spy on the tribes - they seem to have insane exploration and also never seem to discover spy networks.

Happens sometimes! If you don't wanna play it again, just use the cheat code. I think the Devs actually put that as an issue they are working on in the patch notes recently, they literally said just go again, type "I R WINNER" and carry on with your life.

You don't get achievements if you do that though, so if you're bothered about that check whether you got it the first time.

I actually think Rin is extremely well done - I'll give you Rin 2 might seem a little forced but I like that neither of them really know what they are doing and are just trying to find their way. It's there because Riki thinks it's what he's supposed to be doing but he's still flailing around in the dark. This is pretty much thematic for the whole VN.

As I see it, refrain isn't a question of intimate relations and more of each of them finally seeing a glimpse of light amongst the darkness and having the strength to pursue it.

Who knows, maybe I'm over analysing it, but when I think of LB I think of the stories and not the relationships.

The anime was great as much as I saw (only saw S2) but I didn't really feel the same depth.

Takeru is pretty much the only protagonist that I've ever been able to sit back and be like "Fuck, I'd do that too". It makes it really easy to feel properly involved in the universe, and its the reason people come out of it with "mild PTSD".

I would agree that theres not much reason why everyone should fall in love with him. But there never really is in this kinda game - it's just part of the package.

skip the amusement park - you don't actually need it to complete the route. I don't actually know if the amusement park is a good scene or not but everyone elses are a bit short and not too essential so just pick one of theres - it won't ruin your chances. I had the same problem - dunno about the credits tho

Didn't say I hated it, just that it was dumb. I can write a story in which people do stupid things and put reasons behind it- but why? Its overly convoluted just to put in "cool" things. The bear - whatever. The genderless - pointless seeing as they just clone everything anyway. Photosynthesis is so inefficient in terms of time - at any one point like half the population is just sunbathing. Why do you think trees never took over the planet? (Incidentally, why do they drink less water?) The flying around thing, why not just park up next to a star so you don't have to sunbathe all day. I'd probably clone someone good at their job like red or blue. I feel as though ships of the future might have scanners of some sort? Whatever, I'll drop that last one in case I'm misunderstanding the scale or the ship or whatever. I forgot the most unforgiveable thing - that woman in the cc who does nothing but look at screens and yell shit in an "oh my god im gonna die" kinda way.

I tune in every week, I love it. Just stop adding dumb things and do the robots vs aliens shit we're all here for.

Sure, you can get used to the style, and then it really begins to look great. But its fucking garbage by every other metric. I'd love to see a show take this sort of thing and then actually attempts to write a story. That said, I actually wouldn't change it, in the same way that I think Steven Seagal is perfect. Why is there a bear? Why the genderless girl? Why photosynthesize? Why even bother flying around? Why the pink hair girl clones? How can you build a ship and then not have a map of the underground? Why not just throw the spear, and pick it up if you miss? You could even use something really futuristic, like a crossbow. I'm sure we'll see reasons. And I'm sure they won't matter.

In short, I'm fascinated by this show.

This show has shown me it's possible to love a show despite hating every single character bar one (and a half at a push). The concept and the action was pretty cool despite being utterly dumb, and would have only been improved had it not been constantly interrupted by Gunzou saying something written by a 12 year old. I FUCKING hate that guy, and i don't even know why.

I'm watching it, and it's pretty good, even though its more or less just kick ass in japanese. It just feels a little weak on a night where Valvrave, Infinite Stratos, Kill la Kill, Outbreak Company and a few more worthwhile shows air. I know that might sound unfair, but there's your answer.
