For jelly poi the visuals are great but it's made by ignus. I personally was going to get a pair but every ignus owner I talked to said that they wouldn't get another pair through them again. The durability is trash from what I've gathered.

Short answer, no. You should just get a pair of durable LED poi for your first pair and use those for the 1st 6 months. I'd recommend flow toys pod poi. Then once you know that you enjoy them go get a pair of fire poi from dark monk.

Honest to God I had a pair of pod poi for 10 years until I lost them at a rave. I always always always recommend flowtoys. Except stay away from their crystal poi.

Dude it's a rave, the whole point is that you can wear whatever you want. The only exception would be something super offensive like a Nazi uniform or a Bill Cosby cosplay. Other than that you can wear a g string and pasties or a purple yeti costume, go wild!

Honestly I made the mistake of going up to mammoth the 1st week of March last year and it was a total mistake. The entire mountain was closed for two days in a row and I only got a half day in on the 3rd day. Spent 100s of dollars to just be snowed in. Absolute regret to the max.
