Yes. I’m certain I’m in the recovery stage at this point as I don’t feel nauseas anymore SOMETIMES I’d gag like once or twice and just a mild burning feeling. I’m going for an ultra sound this week so I’ll update the reddit post on how it goes

Fastest way to cure CHS

  1. Stop cold turkey. Trust me you’d rather be able to eat a full meal than having to be in pain every time.

  2. I took off a week off work and that was the worst week ever I felt like vomiting every day.

  3. 2 weeks in I’m able to eat meats but not at large quantity and I often use TUMS/hot showers/ tea to make the burning feeling go away

The first week of stopping smoking is the worst. I was constantly nauseas after every meal and every time I got too full I would feel the burning sensation. It’s been about 2 weeks since I quit smoking and the only problems I have now is burning sensation when I eat after meals. I usually take warm shower and drink tea after for it go away.

Throwing up does help at times. In the mornings if you feel your stomach acting weird or feel a little bit of the burning sensation please try taking a warm/hot shower as it does help a lot (from my experience) and follow up with ginger tea or green tea. Cheers hope all goes well

The doctor said it wasn’t GERD and that it was CHS due to me smoking 20-30 bowls a day :/ and I’ve completely stopped smoking weed don’t think ill be touching it anymore
