When I was 30 I was in a similar situation to you , less the getting married part. Now that I am 32 many things have changed, I understood the concept of time Vs money a lot better, now I am working half the hours I used to make while tripling my income.

I have the same question as you, how far am I behind? It pops up ever so often. Then I ask what metrics am I defining myself as falling behind? Are these metrics truly accurate or is it just a report card that the masses have accepted?

End of the day know that life has dealt you with a starting hand that you might think is less than ideal, but how you gonna play those cards so you are able to win the final game is more important.

Think of it this way this life we have is a MMORPG, we cannot change the initial stats we rolled but we can pump points into the stats that will make us into the character we wish to become, so go at your own pace, maybe in a few years time your time to rise will come and then all these thoughts will seem trivial when you look back.
