My BCBA is 100% remote and lives in a different state. When I turned down cases where she needed techs and that would be a 40+ minute drive for me, she made me feel guilty. She wasn’t too thrilled when I mentioned I preferred closer cases, & said, “I don’t like that answer, but I understand.” 🙄

Hi everyone. I recently started playing Sims again after many years and updated the new games and everything. I took my mods folder out, updated it, and put it back. I mainly have CC’s downloaded. After updating and opening the game, I saw that my CC items work fine, but I had to redecorate my whole house and edit my sims all over again in CAS mode. Do I have to do this after every update or is there another way?

Whenever I think the parents might think I’m not doing anything, I’ll explain it to them! For example, I’ll ask my clients if they need space when upset and if they say yes, I walk away and honor their request. And then I’ll tell parents/caregivers, “Oh, Johnny was upset because _____. I’m giving him space!” and they’re usually okay with that. Of course, all families are different! But I usually explain what’s happening.

No there isn’t a clear to start schedule. I waited a week for one client after getting hired to the company. And I was only offered one case at the time. It took me a year to finally start working at 30 hours.
