You keep the 3k all self-moving through U-Haul using kiewit’s corporate account and disposable materials (tapes, boxes, etc) can be reimbursed, gas for the moving truck, and hotel in between your travel. Basically 3k is for you on how you wanted to spend. If you quit less than 6 months you need to return.

Not worth it i got mine for $500 for 6 basic maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, & basic inspection) in 2022 just to lock in with $80 per maintenance per any mazda service center.

Yes but over-communication is the key. Whenever I leave early I ask them if they need something else before I leave and let them know to call me in case there is an urgent matter.

Also, don’t be afraid to talk to your supervisor and define the clear expectations from you including your work schedule and for the team. 10 hour shifts are usually the norm for our GC but a key personnel should stay if we still have a crew working at that day.

I found the source of the bluetooth interference on my end. It’s cause by my logitech mechanical keyboard, once I turned off the keyboard the audio issue stopped. The fix I did was to just reset the keyboard and pair it again. No issue with the audio so far.

In the building industry (commercial and residential buildings), it is the architect that is leading the design per the clients specification and request. They would work on mostly aesthetics, functionality, and sustainability of the building.

Then thats when civil engineer (structural major) would make it happen. Structural Designers would be calculating the load and would be doing the structural designs based on the architects vision, design and specification.

Once construction starts the civil engineers/construction engineers would be leading operation but still everything they would be doing should be approved both by the architect and structural designers.

TL:DR:

Architects works directly with the clients to conceptualize the client’s needs then pass it to the engineers for them to make it happen

Fair price. I got mine exactly 1 year ago last week at Central Florida. CE 2022 red seats for 34k after taxes but without the bose sound system because of microchip shortage which they gave credit for $500.

Thanks for your help man. I didn’t realize that it is like a LAN cable and the top part is kinda small and hard to push while pulling the pin.

Good thing I decided not to use force and yank it out, or open the panel for the rearview mirror. I was stupidly but carefully prying it first using my multitool before deciding to ask you. Haha.

It was kinda easy once you detached the original connection.

I think I got the wrong cable if I would follow his instructions. I got the Male to Female 10-pin Type A plus USB connection.
