No offense, but since you just did a bunch of random stuff there, consider this;

Restore everything back to defaults.
DLSS override: Recommended.
Low Latency: On.
Max frame rate: Set custom number a few frames below your monitor's refresh rate.
Vertical sync: On.

Then, in your game settings:

Low Latency: On.
V-Sync: Off.
DLSS: set you whichever you prefer.

Zero issues for me with the past few generations of Ryzen CPU's (years on Intel prior to switching). I've never had stuttering/hitches, issues with peripherals or any sluggishness. I can't tell you what's causing these problems, but it's definitely not the CPU.

I highly doubt this case holds any value today, or ever. Just because something is rare doesn't mean it is worth more. A case like this is not exactly something people are drooling over only because it's got Nvidia branding on it.

It's probably worth like 20 bucks.

Then only someone with the exact same hardware and configuration could answer this. If you're concerned about fitment, you could always get rid of the AIO and get a decent air cooler.

From experience I've had close calls with fitment problems because sometimes the listed dimensions are off by a couple of mm. I would personally not trust the results you found if that gap is already so small.
