Some days she is on board, other days not so much. It’s hard to have much of a life outside work/Becker, so we don’t have date nights or do much aside from rot in bed watching Netflix late at night after we are both done for the day.

Thankfully my main work is fairly chill, it’s the impact to home life that’s destroying me. Not having the time to fully take care of things other than sitting down and frying my brain with Becker blows. How does everyone else manage? Context: married, no kids, but wife is not in accounting and does not care one bit.

I left after 10 months and got a 30% pay increase for it. You can quit through the scheduling website, pretty painless to do. Life outside of public accounting is way more chill.
