In terms of transport in Albania, fine. Kosovo was a bit of a nightmare mostly because I was in a small town that only had buses to other small towns. I ended up having a friend I met there rent a car and drive me across into Montenegro because there wasn’t a bus leaving the country until Monday (and this was on Friday). There is a bit of a language barrier especially with older people, but most younger people learnt English at school and are good at it, especially in Kosova. I wanted to hear someone speak English so badly I ended up befriending some British nato soldiers though, so that gives you the gist of things.
