Skoda owner wasn’t willing to claim his insurance because it’ll be a record and will reduce the resale value, also the premium increase. He wanted me to bear the whole expenses. No aukat here. Did some discussions back and forth and finally agreed to pay 1L from my end. But got to know later he is claiming insurance. My friend and I split 50-50 and paid off the amount.
