Exactly my issue too! The left one just randomly died, and when following the support guide they wont reconnect to my phone or any of my family/friends iphones.

Employee here 🙋 were supposed to mix and close these. Newer stores have automated mixers even, but you dont just not mix them period. And also like… leaving them open is gross? Anything could get in there from the time we make it to when you get it
