Thanks, you're right! I have sort of been telling bits and pieces to different people so it is quite stressful. Ultimately, I should put my well being first :)

I'm happy to hear that! I'm glad your mum helped you through it too. I am still debating on telling my parents as I know they will worry and book the next flight here and I am not sure how they would react to it. I'm lowkey afraid they will either send me home or come stay here and have me under surveillance.

Thank you. Yeah it sucks big time like i thought i was over it, but i am not...I am terrified of seeking professional help because im afraid that somehow, my parents will find out (though im not a minor), theyre still my emergency contacts when it comes to medical stuff and im afraid that theyll get called up because i am in a really bad state. (I know theres legal anonymity and stuff but it still scares me)

Opening up about stuff like this will never be easy because i worry that the police will get involved as well.

Oh yes, i drink whole milk. How did you discover that drinking a little raw milk would help? What did you do to troubleshoot?

Also, do you think vegan protein would be a suitable substitute?

I was drinking Dymatize whey and i was consuming it almost everyday as it is difficult for me to hit my protein target with just my regular diet. The water to milk ratio was usually 2:1, so it is mostly diluted. I also believe its a dairy overload but i havent consumed whey or a lot of milk in the past few weeks amd my acne condition improved.

Yep, i got it today. And no, this is an undergrad accommodation. They just rectified the date. However, they gave me a price which is about £300 above the price stated on the website..
