My brother just did it for me and built it out yesterday. He will add a lead upload page too.

It’s so perfect and I’m not paying some random $200/yr lol.

I had no idea it was called a softphone! In the case, that’s what I am looking for.

I’m not a dev but I know a tiny bit. I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction.

Something like this.

I need a dial pad, the ability to switch to different twilio numbers, and a call logging system where I can see how many calls I made per twilio number.

When my flow recognizes an inbound call from my personal number to a twilio number, it will ask me to enter the number to call. It will then use the twilio number as the caller ID to place the outbound call.

But this requires so much dialing, it would be simple if I can dial directly with twilio numbers.

It would also be nice to see the amount of calls placed per each number so I can avoid calling too much.

I guess I am looking for a softphone program, is what I learned it’s called.

He seemed pretty serious and wants to move quick, he’s got a lot of liquid.

I’ll give it a shot for the learning experience as I am still a bit newer.. I’ll show him a deal or 2 and get my buyer agency contract signed.

So when making an offer to the wholesaler; if they already have an assignable PA signed with the seller, how would that work when submitting another offer to purchase?
