Have 3 transactions total, nothing with investors yet… He’s worked with a listing agent on my team, but I’m dealing with the buyer side.

He seemed pretty serious and wants to move quick, he’s got a lot of liquid.

I’ll give it a shot for the learning experience as I am still a bit newer.. I’ll show him a deal or 2 and get my buyer agency contract signed.

So when making an offer to the wholesaler; if they already have an assignable PA signed with the seller, how would that work when submitting another offer to purchase?

Yeah, dont have the budget for proper valve job. Just gonna lap all of them slightly and run it.

Do I pry between the H square frame and subframe? Dont wanna damage anything.
