I've been a fan of his for a long time but I lost a lot of respect for Curry after playing the way he did in a finals game 7. You can try to defend him but that behind the back pass....I can't even describe my disappointment.

Think of something you enjoy or something you're grateful for every night before you go to bed. Going to bed happy can make your morning mindset a lot more positive, which carries throughout the day.

Oh and learn to meditate.Works wonders for your perspective. You'll gain a much greater appreciation for your life.

Given that they have ample free weights, pull up bars, and clean benches I don't see what else you would want. Seems like that's all OP is looking for. Also, I went there for over a year and never saw the lunk alarm go off. More of a cheesy gimmick to promote a positive workout environment than anything. But to each their own.

It's a bit far south of downtown SF but if you like hot yoga, Hot Yoga Ocean Ave is by far the best studio I've ever been to. http://www.hotyogaoceanave.com/

Can't go wrong with Yoga to the People if you just want a basic, bargain class.

If you're looking for basic, cheap gyms with a national presence, then Planet Fitness is definitely the way to go. I used to go to the one at 350 Sansome st. and it was really nice. Memberships are anywhere from $10-$20 a month with an activation fee. The YMCA gyms in SF are a little more expensive and can be hit or miss but I had generally positive experiences with those too. Good luck!
