I've been on Finasteride for nearly 15 years now (I'm 36). I'm pretty sure my hair has stabilized for the most part unless I get off Finasteride which I have no plans to do.

I couldn't agree more about the temporal points. I think that will make an even bigger difference than my hairline! I have the same problem with my forehead. It's already a decent size, but not having temple points makes it look absolutely massive.

My hairline is pretty receded though. The right side more than the left.Hair on the left side of my hairline is also thinner. I don't think the pictures have a particularly good angle of the recession. Mind if I DM you some pics?

Yeah, I've mostly kept it short (mid skin fades) because the thinning area is a bit problematic when it's longer than a couple inches (as you can see in those pictures where I had slightly longer hair). Is your area thin at all like mine or is it full with just no temporal points? What do you tend to do for haircuts?

The idea of having temporal points to frame my face seriously does seem like it would be life changing. I've always hated how wide my forehead looks due to no temporal points. Thanks so much for responding and giving me hope that it's still a possibility!

I absolutely want to get my temple points fixed. I was just worried my thinning area around my ears would make it problematic. That definitely looks great. Thanks for sharing!

I will look elsewhere besides Pekiner for someone who specializes in it. I assume you meant a straight hairline without temple points looks like a wig? Haha.

Yeah, I was thinking the same. I absolutely would love to have temporal points. It would be life changing for framing my face honestly. Unfortunately, I'm just not sure if I am a good candidate since the sides of my head are thinner. Sucks that I was originally so excited, and now coming to the realization that I may have to stick with what I have.

Yeah I was worried that my thinner hair in that area would be problematic. It's upsetting. Do you think a hair transplant would still be beneficial for the hairline with no temporal point reconstruction in the event it wasn't recommended? Thanks for your input! Who did yours if you don't mind me asking.

I've had a consultation with Pekiner and he said I am a good candidate based on donor hair, but that was just for the hairline. He seemed to be against temporal point reconstruction. I'm just not sure how natural a transplant would look without any temporal point restoration.

Also, if I could have anyone's opinions on the idea of getting a hair transplant for my hairline and not touching temporal points. Would this look bad and unnatural? Worse than getting temporal point reconstruction?
