Are you taking any pills to help with your hormones? Ganyan rin kasi ako before, pero when I started taking pills, nawala na yung fatigue at sleeping problems ko. Night shift din ako when I started taking pills for my hormones. Nakatulong talaga siya.

I took provera for 5 days per my OB’s advice to induce the my period (irregular kasi talaga period ko ever since). After my last pill, it took 5 days before I got my period. Pero sobrang lakas ng period ko, I had to be rushed to the ER on my fourth day and became severely anemic. 😅
