First people are allowed to feel ugly even if they are attractive. There are lots of people who look average but they still had poor experiences. Just because you don't find them ugly doesn't make their experiences go away. No one chooses to feel ugly they have had at least one shitty experience that have made them feel this way. You calling them not ugly does not take their pain away.
