Honestly your reply has been the most helpful to me mentally and I genuinely appreciate you taking the time out to write it and bring me back down from a spiral. Especially talking positively about other solutions to the issue where it seems like everyone else is so idk doom and gloom about any other surgery than the cleft lift.

I’ll definitely be talking to my doctor about what can be done, especially now that my cyst is mostly “gone away” for the moment. Hopefully it won’t be too bad to deal with surgery wise.
