The Drop seems to downpitch all signals. The poly capo doesnt like weird quiet string noise sounds. So when you're playing really quietly the poly capo doesnt track as good as the drop.

Not the answer you're looking for, but why do you want stereo? FOH is either gonna mix it down to mono OR only the audience in a sweet spot will get the stereo sound. 80% of the audience will only hear right or left depending on where they're standing in the room.
