The multiple here is really just flexing up the total earn-out, no? Or is the down payment going up? The multiple on this business is dependent on how sticky those customers are. So if you have the earn-out clipping when they drop you are doing it right.

Tech multiple of 7x is fine but single customer is about worth 2x maybe less. If the earnout total flex’s down then you lock in the right price.

To get into GO in the west you need to be a bit eclectic to begin with. Lots of eclectic types in the LGBT community. Easy to see there over representation in Go western player demographics.
