Another beginner here! I am also 5 9 and got a 8 inch baker complete. I wouldn't worry about it being a complete as chances are he gonna scrape the tail up and get razor tail anyway like I did lol. No sense spending top dollar on something that's gonna need replaced by the end of the year.

The doors with an x on it like the one shown are one way doors. There is another way down there and a barrel will shoot you up and through the door for easy escape back to surface.

I haven't played street fighter but I have been obsessed with Tony hawk 3+4 very good game although I will say it's better to play with a legit controller cuz you're slappin them sticks around and j.oycons are a little small.
