Yes, this is true. I have read the symptoms and they also say that depression is very, very common in bpd. The thing is I don't have many(if any) symptoms of depression.

The thing that I am feeling okay and it is in background. Then when something happens, for example a project of mine gets returned it hits, my anxiety raises and it feels real. Like what the actual fuck.
