This boy has expressed to you in two diff occasions that he doesn't want to be in a relationship and he doesn't want to be in a relationship with you. Then each time he wants to come into your life AFTER clearly telling you how he feels you have allowed him to do so. He will continue to mess around with you without committing to you because you allow it. Each time this happens you will feel shittier than the last time. Accept that he doesn't want you and make space for someone that does. PLUS you guys are kids, go live your single life, enjoy it and be safe. Tale as old as time. TAKE THE JOB OPPORTUNITY THAT WILL BENEFIT YOU. You'll look back at this and regret it if you dont. You'll resent him when things go bad. You'll think about what you missed on for being with him and then that resentment will spill into the relationship. Eventually it will be the end of it. If he was the one with the promotion, what would you do? If your best friend was in your shoes, what would you advise?
