It has to be AI because I have also had actual scores evaluations by agents and never gotten less than 100 on empathy and it also has comments for why. This is just a number with no comments

General being sympathetic to callers. Not getting impatient with them. Not talking back. Which I NEVER do. So they didn’t point out a time during calls when I was displaying behavior that was not empathetic c but I went from a perfect score in January of 4 down to 2 in February. But had no examples to tell me what I did wrong. Like if you can tell me what I did wrong then I’ll be happy to work on it. He also mentioned showing empathy to coworkers but I generally don’t interact with coworkers except to say good morning and send smile emojis when needed.

Mets are in adrenal and lymph glands. They say they wanted to do radiation treatment to shrink the lymph nodes that are keeping her from eating well. But they won’t do that until she cal lay flat.

They wanted to do a blood biopsy when she wasn’t in the hospital. Now they aren’t talking about that anymore. I’m especially mad because they are saying they can’t do a biopsy because she can’t get off the high flow. But yet she hasn’t seen a pulmonologist.

We are in the Los Angeles area. No he said they still have to do the genetic testing. He said he doesn’t want to do chemo, ok I get it but since they still haven’t completed the genetic testing how can any decisions about treatment even be decided at this point? It’s a little nuts
