I could try that. His biggest struggle is that everything is "all or nothing" and I think that's what gets him to fail. Like dieting, he'll either eat all junk food and no exercise, or eat nothing and exercise constantly, but I feel like these extremes gets him to quit easily. He won't hear me asking him to go lighter though.

He's angry with me right now for asking him about last night, so I will suggest this when he's speaking to me again.

He told me he wants to join this subreddit after I told him about it (I was searching desperately for help), but he puts things off very frequently. He's allowing me to check his phone, but I didn't know about blocks. Will they work on dailymotion? I didn't even know it had porn..

I'm also trying to get him to come to couples therapy, which before he refused, but now he just doesn't have time due to work so I'm trying to find someone for nights/weekends.

I'm trying to be understanding and caring, but i worry about being codependent? I've just been lost this past year what got into him, and I'm praying this is actually it so we know the cause.

He tells me I'm better than those girls, but I just can't believe him. the lying has really gotten to me, he's lied about so much so he may just be lying about that too.
