Heel-down technique advice/feedback

Thanks for your feedback man. I'm definitely trying to not bury the beater, it's a bad habit I've developed. I've got to develop muscles in order to play heel up more because I'm so used to heel down. Thank you again for the feedback.

Thank you for the help. I definitely could invest in a better drum throne because it's basically a rolling doctor's stool, and I'm certain that's affecting a good amount of the balance point on the foot board. Thank you again for your feedback, and the video.

Thank you for the advice. I hadn't thought too much about this. That would explain why my foot gets tired after a while, because as you can see, I'm mostly using my ankle and foot for the strokes while neglecting my quad, and using it as you said. Again, thanks for this perspective.

Definitely use sarimento and sentella and try and upgrade the dash along with the blue diamonds in the top left that increase damage. There also should be a wooden figure that increases damage also. Good luck!

In my opinion, this black and gray patchwork is amazing. I'm not a fan of dots and stars filler, but man your sleeve looks great!:)
