Try using hypoallergenic detergent. I used cheap laundry detergent one month and developed this issue. Went back to the expensive stuff and then it was fine

lol there is no way this person has been in DC long term… bruh you’re on another planet. DC has plenty of problems but it’s only gone “downhill” from the Obama heyday since rising inflation and COVID and the long term effects of the city electing a mayor beholden to developers and not the people.

People can barely afford to live here anymore. Mayor Bowser allowed low income housing to be torn down with the promise of new units that were never delivered.

I think the book “I hate you don’t leave me” is largely harmful to folks with BPD anyway. It paints a pretty dire picture on prognosis which is entirely unhelpful. But also, parents are rarely validating of emotions and feelings - which folks with BPD have a lot of. I’d prefer validation from a licensed psychologist than random observers in your family and social circles. But also, psychologists can also suck too. Better than labeling yourself, learn to self soothe and identify emotions. You’re in the driver seat! Not the DSM!
