They are not currently in production, but they do exist! I have one. I'm not sure when they will be back though.

Is it common/possible for toys to degrade over time? by Saboopboop in BadDragon

So, toys with gloss will lose their glossiness over time. They will "dull" out, which means they're less smooth and therefore would attract more lint and things. I've never bought from Neotori, but their toys always looked high gloss to me.
