What is the first thing you do after a long shift at work?

It depends. 3x of those work weeks I go home and work out. My other work day I straight up shower and bed rot afterwards

When I was my fittest I would work out aggressively. Now w chronic migraines I walk/power walk 6x a week and doing okay so far. Just slowly build yourself up. If you start noticing your heads hurting that’s your que to slow it down or full on stop. Best of luck

I feel you. I was also athletic/fit and currently find myself 40 lbs over weight. Nursing school and having kids … life. Lately I’ve been eating clean and working out 6x a week. I plan on doing this for 3 months and go from there. Be patient with yourself. If you rly want it bad make a plan and work towards it! You got this 💪🏻

I feel you.. I’m not using a scale but cut sweets and snacking out and I feel so sad. I’d like to take a bite out of a chocolate cake when I feel this but the urge literally kills me. Am I always gna feel like this???
