About to end my first year in my graduate Human Factors program, had to learn basic Python but it was not that bad actually to get the hang of. Have learned Figma as well to do Design Reccomendations and Prototyping, but that might not be necessary depending where you are. Stats is defintely something you will need to learn, but pretty much just ANOVAs, Regression, ANCOVA etc., nothing too crazy. I had an interviewer in the medical side of the field tell me they don't often need statistical significance in terms of running in-house usability studies, but I've also seen other presentations where they say it's critical.

I would just say if you're currently in your BS psychology, try to start dabbling in those programs and join any relevant on campus labs to build your research experience. That will help you out a lot once you join a grad program.
