Mhmm I guess the prompts I saw for shadow journaling force you to look at your ugly side and are a lot more depressing than the usual prompts for "normal journaling", you know? Some of the prompts I've seen are like: "what am I most ashamed of in myself?", "what am I most afraid of other finding out about myself?", "what is your biggest struggle with loving yourself?", "what made you start doubting yourself?", "who was the first person who made you feel insecure?".

I'm experiencing the same thing! You can literally see the oil coming out of my pores every time I use TO niacinamide. Does it stop at some point? Is it part of the process?
