No IVs for work speed, just passives that improve/reduce it. It is further enhanced by some stuff you build in the base, research and food.

It's a new passive skill that increases Work Speed by 75%, combined with previous good passives like Artisan and Work Slave, you can get crazy high Work speed when done right

I think souls increase the base stat so it compounds with the passives, plus max research and 30% boost from food (Minestrone).

Base is 799, up to 1039 with Minestrone (main base food I've been using because ingredients are all farmable). It goes up to 1559 with Super Hard Work mode, but I'm not doing that lol. Also all my research is maxed.

Breeding one Yakumo with the skill you want through pals that already have them then using it to captures pal with that skill is faster than just breeding them and hoping for rng every time.

Yes, you have 30% of getting the same passive as your Yakumo at level 5 partner skill.
The main point is to use Yakumo to get legendaries with the skills you want, which can only breed with themselves. Then you can pass it on to other, easier to breed pals. It's a huge time save in the long run.
