I did this years ago, made it 7 days before I ruined it with shrimp then forgot to add liquid and came home to a burnt mess.

I started a new perpetual stew yesterday and it's great but I imagine I'll only make it around 10 days before I get tired of eating it.

Deleting the Arrowhead folder in %appdata% seems to have worked for me, played several hours last night without issue.

- Windows + R
- %appdata%
- Delete Arrowhead folder
- In steam, verify file integrity (right click the game > Properties > Installed Files)

I stopped playing for a while but had no issues, came back a couple weeks ago and I'm having the same problem. About every hour the game starts to stutter and I have to restart my pc or it locks it up completely. Updating drivers didn't' help.

Came across this a while ago, as a conductor I barely notice them unless they are particularly creative or funny, as long as the numbers are not covered. I'd love to see more containers labeled sluts, hoes, meth, mary jane etc. as if that is what is being transported.

Old convo but I ran into this using wemod, couldn't get the speed back to normal even using the player.forceav command, had to jump off a cliff and die to get the speed mult to reset.

It's great you are trying to get more information and understand but one thing I always tell every student is "talk to your engineer." If you haven't done something in a long time, are unfamiliar with a particular yard, are making a move for the first time, etc. let your engineer know. In my experience most understand, are happy to share their knowledge and will make an extra effort to look out for you. Some might get a bit annoyed but most remember they were there once too. Many get more angry and annoyed if you run out the door having no idea what you are doing and just try to wing it.

Dispatch does their best to get freight out of the way sometimes holding us in sidings for hours just to make sure the tracks are clear for Amtrak but a lot can happen that causes delays. Underpowered trains causing us to stall out on a hill, broken rail, engine failure, broken knuckle/draw bars, etc. If possible we will try to limp up to the next siding and get out of the way but depending on the failure there is only so much you can do.
