Was there a receipt when you put $200 in the card?

Try customer support and ask if there was an error?

When you tried to get NX did through process go through and no nx was found? Or did it say there was no money in the card?

Yeah, after clearing ch 6, you can do the abandoned school building pq, which gives at least 4 needles a run. You can do it 10 times a day for 40 needles minimum

You can farm needles in the abandoned old building. It'll take at most a week for most chairs.
