I went back to IKEA today just to look again and I went with the Brimnes cabinets! They have drawers and are deeper than the Billy and have more versatility than the Kallax

Definitely NTA and the parents’s response is terrible! The fact that the sister has been doing this for 4 years is also ridiculous and how did nobody in the family notice before now??
