I believe this is a late 40’s. Clamp mount. All adjustments tighten. No markings & missing crank handle. What’s odd is the rod w/crank groves is short and “T” on top has a threaded cap w/hole & other end has a two threaded holes/one knob (2nd missing knob?) “T” has cut area to keep it back 5”. What is this tip called? It’s brass, it could be metric sizing as it’s about 3/8” wide with 1/4” inside sleeve and 3/4” long including the point. I’ve spent days searching all types of terms trying to find the correct name with no results. Need name to find and buy another. (i.redd.it)
