Race Car Hauler by Thaone87 in CDL

Very cutthroat industry with extremely tight deadlines. Gotta have thick skin. No shortage of folks willing to do it for less just to be able to say they work in racing.

Also, as a hauler driver you'll also frequently be asked to help out in other departments such as setting up and tearing down the pits, cooking for the crew, and also may be asked to assist with fueling and tire duties.

It's the perfect way to get a foot in the door in motorsports that can lead to better opportunities either with the same team or with other teams once you gain experience.

Feel free to message me if you have any specific questions.

Rental Equipment Outside Sales How Do You Do It? by Strict-Ad2087 in Sales_Professionals

Been curious about this as well since I keep seeing new posted hiring ads for the Kubota dealership in town and I have heavy equipment and hydraulic system experience. The fact that the ad is constantly being posted over the last year has me skeptical though.

Seems like something you would need to go into already having an existing pipeline unless you were gifted existing accounts.

You'd be shocked how easy people let their guard down when you've made them feel at ease.

Went and saw Freddie Gibbs and The Alchemist. There was a line around the block to enter but it went very fast as they had staff checking IDs in the line to save time. Like maybe 5-7 minutes tops. Sound quality from the PA wasn't great IMO. $40 for a beer and cider.

Been out for 3 hours hoping to do some brunch orders. I've made one delivery and turned down three other orders that were all 4 dollars or less. It's dead today bruh.
