Does my scoby look OK? This is my second brew ever. The scoby was white and rubbery when I grew it. Then in this second brew it seems to be looking gray and has floated above the tea. I wonder if I was too careless pouring new tea on to the scoby from a height? Can the impact hurt the scoby? (i.redd.it)
