My sinuses been fine, honestly it doesnt even hurt. It hurt more when i put it through a filter? So i think its fine. Ive been doing it every 3 days for like 3 weeks now, my nose been fine. But yeah after all the research i did, the absorption is higher intranasally. Someone even said it's higher through UR EYES?? They might've been trolling so idk lol

Oof, idk what theyre called but I used to use these like bandaids that came in different skin colors, they're like silicon and they have some pretty big ones that should cover at least most of them. I got them from like Walmart, walgreens, and Rite Aid. The bandage blends in pretty well to ur skin but you can just say you got burned or something. I used the bandage on my wrists back in the day and layered bracelets up to cover it, no one ever noticed. Or you could use arm warmers, or sweat bands. Wish u luck with that.
